Philadelphia Police have arrested a man wanted for attacking three women in North Philadelphia in broad daylight on Sunday morning, 9/8. 36-year-old Shaun Lloyd of the 1500 block of Swain Street has been charged with three counts of attempt to commit kidnappings and other related offenses.
