Over 60 people at a Mercer County, New Jersey company received a medical alert after it was a learned that a nurse had reused the same syringe when administering flu shots to employees. 67 employees were given the shots at the Otsuka Pharmaceutical offices on the 500 block of Carnegie Center in West Windsor, NJ. NASA will be launching a suborbital rocket tonight from it's Wallops Flight Facility on Wallops Island, Virginia. The launch is scheduled for 7 p.m. EDT with a two hour launch window to 9 pm. The rocket launch should be visible from many points across the U.S. East Coast including right here in the Philadelphia, NJ, and DE area.

The Community College of Philadelphia was put on lockdown and students told to shelter in place around 9:30 a.m. as Philadelphia Police searched for a man seen with a gun near campus at 17th and Spring Garden Streets. Philadelphia area colleges and universities were on alert today after a non-specific threat against a "a university near Philadelphia" was revealed to local officials by the FBI and ATF on Sunday. The threat was posted on forum site 4chan. It was on the same message board that contained a similar threat against Oregon schools the day before the attack there last week. Federal authorities in Philadelphia announced that over 360 lbs of cocaine were discovered last week in a shipment of pumpkins and squash from Costa Rica. The street value of the drugs is around $6 million. Thin packages containing the powder were laminated inside the boxes of fruit. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers confiscated it all. PA Supreme Court Suspends Kane's License; DE Roomates Catch Burglar; No Charges Hatboro Councilman

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court unanimously voted on Monday to suspend the law license of Attorney General Kathleen Kane as she fights criminal charges. Kane is accused of leaking grand jury information to a newspaper and lying about it under oath in front of another grand jury. The order for suspension should not be construed as removal from office, but it may prompt efforts to have her removed.
