Police have made an arrest in the shooting of an 8-year-old boy in North Coventry Township, Chester County yesterday. 55-year-old Wayne Snowden of the 300 block of South Hanover Street has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault for firing the shot that hit 8-year-old A.J. Hagner. At 5:00 pm Friday afternoon, Snowden walked out onto his porch and randomly fired his gun towards West Main Street. An emergency Police dispatcher in Philadelphia has been indicted on federal charges that she took bribes from tow truck operators to send them crash locations and other information. FBI and Philadelphia police investigators said Friday that civilian dispatcher Dorian Parsley took bribes of $100-200 a week from two tow truck operators and a body shop. An intoxicated Ardmore teenager was arrested Wednesday morning inside a neighbor's home. 19-year-old Ryan Bangs has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, theft from motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, public drunkenness, and underage drinking. The Philadelphia Eagles have announced that longtime Public Address Announcer Dan Baker will no longer be the team's in-stadium voice come next season. Baker, who has one of the most recognizable voices in all of Philadelphia, has been the Eagles' PA announcer for the past 29 years. Team officials informed Baker of the decision last week.

A Chester County grandmother has been arrested and is facing endangering the welfare of children and drug charges. 56-year-old Pauline Bilinski-Munion of Modena babysits her grandchildren and is a also heroin user. About a month ago, Carly Monzo, a senior at all-girls Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Flourtown, created a video asking Shaun White to her senior prom. Carly used her Hero 2 GoPro camera to film the entire video and included music from White's band Bad Things. GoPro happens to be a sponsor of the two-time Olympic gold medalist and action sports star. The video titled "GoProM?" has 8900 views in the past month. A 12-year-old boy and a 21-year-old have both been hospitalized after gunfire broke out in Lawncrest this evening. It happened after 9:00 pm on the 500 block of Van Kirk Street near Rising Sun Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. The man and the boy were walking together when they were caught in the crossfire.
