A North Wales, Montgomery County, woman has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of her husband over the weekend. 63-year-old Hsiu-Chin Lin is accused of killing 67-year-old Chien-Kuo Lin around 4 p.m. Sunday in the garage of their home on the 200 block of South 6th Street. A small blimp made an emergency landing during the evening rush hour in a construction site right next to I-95 in Fishtown on Friday. The 2-man dirigible was having engine trouble and was forced to the ground on the 1900 block of Richmond Street just after 6:45 p.m. No one was injured. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board were notified of the incident.

A Rhode Island man has been found guilty of animal cruelty for transporting a horse later discovered to be shot over 100 times by paintballs. 65-year-old of Phillip Price of East Providence, RI, was convicted in New Holland, PA, of animal cruelty and dealing and handling animals without a license. A Chester County man has been arrested for allegedly molesting three children under his care. 33-year-old Christopher Guiseppe is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, incest and other related charges. Philadelphia Police are searching for a suspect who escaped police custody from a hospital. 24-year-old Khalil Robinson was arrested Wednesday evening for DUI and narcotics offenses outside 65th and Woodland Avenue in West Philadelphia.
