Delaware Authorities are now saying that a young girl who was abducted on Thursday night outside her home in New Castle County was sexually assaulted by her kidnapper. It happened around 7 p.m. on the 4800 block of Sugar Plum Court in the Plum Run community. A woman collapsed at the end of the Scranton Half Marathon on Sunday and later died in the hospital. 36-year-old Lindsay Doherty collapsed just after finishing the 13.1 mile race.
