Jimmy Rollins has been activated from the 15-Day Disabled list and is available to play tonight in Milwaukee off the bench. He would most likely wouldn't have been activated until next week but since Chase Utley did not make the trip with the team, Rollins will take the spot as an extra infielder.
Chase will see Dr. Rob Franks at the Rothman Institute who is a concussion specialist. This is all precautionary. Hopefully Utley is alright after getting hit in the back of the helmet... Read More |

It also put the Phils at another franchise high 43 games over .500 at 91-48 on their march to a record breaking season with 23 games left.
Not that there really was any doubt that Roy Oswalt, with all his experience, would have that... Read More |

by: iradioal - Philadelphia, PA started: 09/07/11 4:59 am | updated: 09/07/11 4:59 am |
