Thousands of area students at high schools across Philadelphia and the surrounding counties left classes this morning to participate in National Walkout Day. Students across the country participated in the demonstration to protest gun violence and call for firearm reforms. This marks the one month anniversary of the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL. The Philadelphia region is preparing for it's second nor'easter in less than a week. The National Weather Service has already issued a Winter Storm Warning starting tonight Tuesday at 7 pm and lasting through 3 am on Thursday. The storm will begin as light rain or snow this evening before changing to all snow later tonight. Delaware County is still feeling the effects of Friday's nor'easter with downed power lines and trees leaving 1000s still without power on Monday. About 48,000 PECO customers and 5,600 PPL customers were still in the dark on Monday afternoon. At its peak over 600,000 customers were without power across the region. A 10-year-old Gloucester County boy was arrested after sending threatening e-mails to teachers and principals in multiple school districts early Thursday morning. A teacher and a principal both received emails threatening shootings at district schools on Thursday and Friday. School was closed in Franklin Township School District, Delsea Regional School District, and Elk Township schools as a result of the threats. A box truck slammed into to a railroad overpass and fell on its side in Delaware County this morning. It happened on King of Prussia Road between Radnor-Chester Road and Matsonford Road near the Radnor train station around 8:30 a.m. This is the fourth time since last November that a truck has hit the bridge despite posted clearance limits. Heavy duty tow trucks were able to pull the truck out from under the overpass. No one was injured.

Police in Medford Township, Burlington County, are searching for a road rage suspect who brandished a baseball bat. Police have released a composite sketch of the suspect and a surveillance photo of his car. On Friday February 16th around 9 a.m. on Ark Road a single vehicle struck a tree and the driver was ejected from the car. The victim was airlifted to Cooper Trauma Center for treatment. Police in State College, PA are investigating damage to a stone statue of Pennsylvania State University's nittany lion mascot. Authorities responded to the Nittany Lion Shrine, a popular photo spot on campus, around 4 a.m. Sunday to the reports of damage. They discovered the statue's right ear was broken off and found it nearby. They are trying to determine if it was intentional or accidental. The spokesman for comedian Bill Cosby says that one of the entertainer's daughters has died. Andrew Wyatt confirmed Monday that 44-year-old Ensa Cosby passed away on Friday in Massachusetts. According the the family's statement she died of renal failure, which is kidney disease. Wyatt said, "Please keep the Cosby family in your prayers and give them peace at this time."
