A fire captain was killed and another fire fighter was injured during a three-alarm blaze in South Philadelphia last night. The fire broke out in a fabric store on the 700 block of S. 4th Street in the Queen Village neighborhood around 6 p.m. Saturday. The flames spread to the apartments above. Alexandria Kaitlynn Sewell, 13-years-old, from Clarion, PA went missing last week from her home in Western Pennsylvania. She was believed to be traveling with Joshua D. Baker, 31, of Leeper, PA.
Alex was found unharmed on Saturday in South Dakota. Baker was taken into custody and charged with kidnapping.

Actor Wesley Snipes was released from Federal prison in Pennsylvania on Tuesday. Snipes was convicted in 2008 on tax charges. He entered the medium-security McKean federal prison in northwest PA back in December 2010 to serve a three-year sentence for failure to file income tax returns.
