Reports from the Marin County Sheriff in California confirm, beloved Actor/Comedian Robin Williams was found dead in his Tiburon, CA home. He was found this morning alone in his home shared with his wife, Susan Schneider. Williams was last seen alive last night around 10:00 pm. At this point the he coroner's office believes his death to be a suicide due to asphyxia. An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow. He was 63.

A 27-year-veteran SEPTA employee was struck by a train in Center City this afternoon. It happened around 4:15 p.m. in a trolley tunnel near 22nd and Market streets. The male employee was working on a trolley tunnel project when he was clipped by an eastbound train. He was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital. An Amber Alert was triggered early this morning after two children were taken from their Drexel Hill home by their father, 31-year-old Keith Belajonas, after he allegedly killed his wife, 28-year-old Christina Corrigan Belajonas. The man and two sons ended up in Staten Island, NY, where he held up a CVS, leaving his kids with his brother who works there. Philadelphia Phillies General Manager Ruben Amaro Jr. announced Thursday that right-hander Roberto Hernandez has been traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for two players to be named later. 33-year-old Hernandez was 6-8 with a 3.87 ERA. The Phillies have called up right-hander Sean O’Sullivan from Lehigh Valley. O’Sullivan was 5-9 with a 4.57 ERA in 21 starts for the Iron Pigs. He made one start for the Phillies in June. Philadelphia Police have confirmed that a mother of two discovered yesterday in Pennypark Park in the Northeast was strangled. The Medical Examiner ruled her death a homicide by strangulation this afternoon after performing an autopsy. There were no signs of sexual assault. The body of a woman was found this morning in Pennypack Park in Northeast Philadelphia. The woman, identified as 46-year-old Connie McClain-Murray, was discovered just after 6 a.m. by a cemetery worker near the Crispin Rec Center at Holme and Convent avenues in the Holme Circle section. There apparently are no obvious signs of trauma but city detectives are investigating the case as a possible homicide. The cause of death is unknown pending an autopsy. Philadelphia Police have released the identity of the man they believe was the gunman in Friday night's shooting that killed an innocent 3-year-old girl and injured 3 adults in Grays Ferry. A 3-year-old child is dead and three adults are wounded after a shooting in the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia Friday night. It happened on the 1500 block of S. Etting Street.
