Bill Cosby testified during a 2005 lawsuit deposition that he gave a 19 year old Quaaludes then had consensual sex with her. Now outside the statute of limitations, attorneys for Cosby's more recent accusers are demanding apologies from Cosby for calling alleged victims "liars."

Dave Grohl, Foo Fighters energetic frontman, is still recovering from a fall off the stage at a concert in Sweden last month. He broke his lower leg after errantly stepping off the front and finished the concert. The band decided to forge on with their plans for a North American tour this month which brings them through the Susquehanna Bank Center twice, a week apart. Grohl's leg is in a full cast and precludes him from standing or running around. He designed a 'throne' out of guitar... Read More

The U.S. is World Champion. The US Women's Soccer team defeated Japan last night 5-2 behind a record performance by Delran, New Jersey's Carli Lloyd who scored 3 goals in the game's first 16 minutes. Her third goal was a spectacular chip shot from the halfway line that flew over the stranded Japanese goalkeeper who ventured too far out from the goal.

As Pennsylvania nears the end of its first week without a spending plan, budget talks are to resume today, but only at the staff level, not between legislative leaders and the governor himself. All signs point to a longer rather than shorter budget standoff. Late budgets in the Rendell years resulted in payless paydays for state workers and in one case, furloughs. But subsequent court rulings have changed that, eliminating one of the main factors to pressure a resolution. In 2003, under then... Read More

Steven Tyler has released the video for his first country single "Love Is Your Name." The slow building track crescends with harmonies and anthemic rock stylings. Tyler's crossover from classic rock to country seems to have been fairly smooth. The rest of the album will tell the full tale. He's spent the past year in Nashville, signing with Big Machine Records, and working with local songwriters. This track was written by Lindsey Lee and Eric Paslay. The 67-year-old singer always had... Read More
