The so-called mastermind and ringleader of a $400,000 GoFundMe scam that defrauded some 14,000 individual donors two years ago has pled guilty to state charges. Mark D'Amico of New Jersey plead guilty to one state charge of misapplication of entrusted property. He will be sentenced to 5 years in prison. The bear that made its way south through Delaware County this week with sightings starting on Black Friday has now turned up in Delaware.
