Former U.S. Attorney Bill McSwain formally announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for Pennsylvania Governor in 2022 on Monday, 9/13. There was speculation he would run for months. He joins a growing list of potential candidates. McSwain served three years in Philadelphia as the U.S. Attorney for Eastern Pennsylvania. He was appointed to the position by President Trump. Bensalem Police are searching for a pair of thieves wanted for stealing catalytic converters from several transportation vans at a senior center last month. It happened on August 13 around 2 a.m. at the LIFE Saint Mary senior center. The two men arrived in a maroon mini van with a dog on a leash. They both were wearing baseball hats and had beards. Philadelphia Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver that struck and injured a 16-year-old on Friday afternoon, 9/11, in Olney. It happened around 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Mascher Street and Duncannon Avenue. 16-year-old Tyler Perri had just left Olney Charter High School.
