Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane surrendered to authorities on Friday, 4/29, after a bench warrant for her arrest on potential probation violations was issued by a Montgomery County judge on Thursday, 4/28. Mark is best known for his weekly Frank Sinatra radio programs that have been on the air for the past 65 years. The City of Philadelphia has its own 4-tiered response level based on average daily cases, which is different than the CDC or even CHOP.
