Two people, a man and a teen, have been arrested in the quadruple shooting that killed a young woman and injured three men in North Philadelphia on Wednesday afternoon, 2/19. 16-year-old Joel Saint-Fort and 25-year-old Charles Davis are charged with murder and related offenses. It happened after 3:30 p.m. on the 1000 block of West Thompson Street near St. Malachy Catholic school. A teenage woman is dead and a man was critically injured, in a quadruple shooting in broad daylight on Wednesday afternoon, 2/19, in North Philadelphia. It happened around 3:40 p.m. at 11th and Thompson Streets across the street from St. Malachy Catholic School. School had already let out for the day.
