A Philadelphia woman whose violent arrest on a Wildwood beach over Memorial Day weekend turned into a viral video has been indicted on charges by a Cape May County grand jury. Emily Weinman has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, throwing bodily fluids and obstruction. The indictment was handed up last week. Authorities in Bucks County have been conducting a manhunt for a suspect wanted on multiple charges of sex assault against two children. Police are looking for 47-year-old David Allen Hamilton Jr. He's recently been spotted in the New Hope area, sometimes on a blue bicycle and other times on foot. A 13-year-old girl was arrested after stabbing a classmate with scissors inside a Philadelphia school on Friday morning, 9/21. It happened just before 11 a.m. at the William Dick Public School on the 2400 block of North 24th Street. A mother has been charged with homicide in the poisoning death of her 2-year-old son last month in Tullytown, Bucks County. Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub says that 42-year-old Jennifer Clarey has been charged with criminal homicide.
