A federal judge in Philadelphia ruled in favor of a group of parents and students to reinstate the mask mandate in Perkiomen Valley School District in Montgomery County. The Pennsylvania school mask mandate was lifted in December and left up to individual school districts to decide their own policy. It started around 7 p.m. on the 2400 block of North 33rd Street. The boy's mother was dropping off groceries to relatives.
