A teen was taken to the hospital on Tuesday night after a gunman opened fire on a Chinese restaurant in Southwest Philadelphia. The shooting took place at the Twin Dragon on the 2700 block of Dickinson Street. Police say that the gunman approached the front door of the restaurant, where a struggle ensued with some customers. The House of Representatives approved the GOP Tax Bill (Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) on Tuesday by a 227-203 vote and sent it off to the Senate. Before they could call for a vote in the Senate, Democrats found three provisions in the bill that violated Senate budget rules. One provision would allow parents to use college savings accounts to pay for homeschooling of young children. Those provisions were removed before the Senate could vote. The bomb squad responded to the scene of a bank robbery this afternoon in Delaware County after an armed robber left a suspicious device behind following the holdout. Officials say that three people have been killed after a car crash occurred during a police chase in Burlington County on Monday. The crash happened at around 12 pm on Flyatt and Caranza Roads in front of Sequoia High School in Tabernacle Township. Officials say that the SUV crashed and wrapped around a utility pole. Philadelphia Police are now searching for a man who is wanted for mugging a Temple student a month ago in North Philadelphia. Officials say that the suspect was seen inside of Hok Heg Chinese store on West Cecil B. Moore Avenue where he grabbed the 20-year-old woman's backpack. Two young boys were killed and three family members injured in a fire before dawn this morning in Montgomery County. It happened around 5:30 a.m. on the 900 block of Summit Avenue in Schwenksville, PA. The home belongs to Montgomery County Sheriff Deputy Bryan Lukens and his family.
