Arrests have been made in connection to the brutal road rage assault caught on video in Jenkintown, Montgomery County, last Thursday, 12/16. 37-year-old Charles Woodson and 25-year-old September Wingfield, both of Holmesburg, were arrested on Wednesday morning, 12/22, at a home on the 8200 block of Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia. An employee of a Delaware County smoke shop was shot and killed during a robbery on Friday afternoon, 12/17. It happened around 1:30 p.m. at the Empire Smoke Shop on the 1400 block of Chester Pike in Crum Lynne, PA. When police arrived, they found the victim suffering from multiple gun shots wounds.
