An Amber Alert for a missing 2-year-old Delaware boy remains in effect and authorities are asking the public's help in identifying two new suspects. Police are searching for a white vehicle seen near East Market Street and North Race Street around 1 a.m. on July 26. They released surveillance photos of those individuals and the vehicle. 2-year-old Cristobal Lopez was last seen on Saturday, July 25, on South Front Street in Georgetown, DE, while in the custody of his cousin. 7-year-old Zamar Jones, who was shot in the head as he played on his porch on Sunday, 8/2, has died from his injuries. It happened around 7:30 p.m. on the 200 block of North Simpson Street in West Philadelphia. Jones was playing with his toys when he was caught in the crossfire of a shootout between two groups of people. 16 shell casings were found at the scene. The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Board of Directors voted to allow fall sports for the upcoming school year earlier this week. They approved the recommendations of individual sport's steering subcommittees and the Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. All sports will follow the Pennsylvania Department of Health restrictions. The Philadelphia Housing Authority has extended its eviction moratorium until March 15, 2021. The PHA said it does not want housing to a be a concern for the 80,000 low-income families 'disproportionately affected' by the pandemic.
