Federal agents and local law enforcement officers are conducting raids at several urgent care providers in the area as part of an apparent pill mill investigation. DEA, FBI, and U.S. Marshals were out collecting evidence from at least two locations of Advanced Urgent Care. Three members of the Philadelphia Police highway patrol motorcycle 'drill' team were injured on Sunday evening while performing in Center City. It happened around 5:30 p.m. at 12th and Market Streets. The officers were performing a stunt for the International Association of Chiefs of Police Convention when their bikes became entangled causing the crash. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man for sneaking onto Center City rooftops. 39-year-old Michael Zallie has been charged with burglary, trespass, and criminal mischief. Police released surveillance video from three different incidents in the last month where he was caught gaining entry to the roofs of two Center City buildings. The Philadelphia District Attorney's office announced the arrest of 9 individuals, many of them family members, of an illegal lottery and gambling ring in the city. They have been tracking the organizer, 66-year-old Gary Creagh Sr, for 20 years. His son, daughter, and nephew were also arrested. A few hundred students at Coatesville Area High School walked out of class on Friday morning to stage a 'Unity Event' in response to racial incidents surrounding the school in the past few weeks. The peaceful protest was sanctioned by school officials and designed by students as a safe way to express themselves. SEPTA suspended three Regional Rail lines north of Fern Rock Transportation Center following a fatal accident on Thursday afternoon. The incident happened around 3:30 p.m. near the Fern Rock station. Accordning to Police and SEPTA a person was struck and killed by a train. The Lansdale/Doylestown and West Trenton lines have since resumed. A man wanted for killing 3 people and injuring 3 others in shootings in Maryland and Wilmington, DE this morning is now in custody. 37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince was captured by federal ATF agents in Newark, DE on Wednesday night. A mother in Wilmington, Delaware is under arrest and charged in the deaths of two young boys found dead in her apartment yesterday. 30-year-old Kula Pelima is charged with two counts of first degree murder. She has apparently confessed to drowning her 4-month-old son, Solomen Eppelle, and his half brother, 5-year-old Alex Eppelle, in the bathtub.
