The first wrongful death lawsuit in Center City building collapse has been filed. The family of 24-year-old Mary Lea Simpson of Haverford filed the suit Tuesday against the Salvation Army, the building's owner Richard Basciano, and the demolition contractors. Simpson was one of 6 killed when a brick wall from the adjacent building fell on the Salvation Army thrift store. She was with shopping with her childhood friend, Anne Bryan, who was also killed. Fire crews have been battling a fire at the Dietz & Watson warehouse In South Jersey all afternoon and evening. The crews responded to the call at 1:45 pm to the 1000 block of Coopertown Road in Delanco. More than 200 firefighters from 28 counties have turned out for the blaze. Authorites determined it would be too dangerous to send anyone to the top of the building making the fire more difficult to contain. The roof contains solar panels which are energized. Paul McCartney Releases New Single "New", Announces Album "New" available October 15

Paul McCartney has announced that he'll be releasing a new album of original material on Concord Records due to be released October 15th. He has also released the first single. Both album and single are titled "New". The album will contain 12 tracks produced individually by Paul Epworth, Ethan Johns, Mark Ronson, and Giles Martin.

A female student was found dead in a dorm room this morning at Villanova University on the Main Line. The body of the 18-year-old sophmore business student Kinara Patel was discovered in her room in Sullivan Hall on Villanova's main campus. Police say there were no signs of foul play but an investigation is ongoing. Her cause of death is currently unclear. There were no sign of self harm and she had no known health conditions. Jay Z's Budweiser Made in America Festival will be back in Philadelphia for it's second year this Labor Day Weekend. City officials have announced details ahead of the show that will take place on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway near the Art Museum. Performance will start at 2pm both Saturday and Sunday, gates will open at noon. The main entrance will be at 22nd Street, other entrances are at 23rd and Pennsylvania Ave and MLK Drive and Eakins Oval.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says the cetacean morbillivirus is likely what's causing hundreds of dead bottlenose dolphins to wash ashore along the East Coast. They say 333 dolphins have been stranded between New York and North Carolina since July 1. That's more than nine times the historical average for the region during July and August.
