A New Jersey man is accused of performing a lewd act inside a public library that was witnessed by two girls. It happened around 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday, May 23rd, at the Hamilton Township Public Library in Mercer County. 26-year-old Mitchell Richtman of East Windsor was sitting in an aisle between two bookshelves watching a video on his phone. Tiger Woods was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence in Jupiter, Florida. The 14-time major champion was pulled over and arrested at around 3 a.m. on Military Trail, south of Indian Creek Parkway. He was taken to Palm Beach County jail and booked for DUI. He was eventually released on his own recognizance. The 41-year-old Woods has not played in months and will miss the rest of the season while he recovers from back surgery.

Two children and their grandmother were killed after a fire broke out in their row home early Sunday morning. Firefighters were called at 4:42 a.m. to the 1700 block of North 6th Street. The grandmother, 52-year-old Monique Guillory, lived in the house with her daughter, daughter's boyfriend, 9-year-old Prudence Figueroa, and 7-year-old Dean Figueroa. A teenage boy is being called a hero after rescuing his baby nephew from inside a burning home this morning in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia. The fire broke out around 10:30 a.m. on the 1000 block of Flanders Road. There were 8 people inside at the time, 3 adults and 5 children. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf has signed legislation that will bring the state's identifications into compliance with the federal 2005 Real ID Law. Those new driver's licenses should be available in early 2019. The deadlines for the Real ID standards will come before 2019. Wolf says he hopes to get a waiver until the new Pennsylvania ID's are available.

The Chester County District Attorney has issued additional warrants for the suspect accused of punching a man suffering from cerebral palsy in a parking lot in West Chester earlier this month. 29-year-old Barry Baker of Georgetown, DE, was caught on surveillance camera on May 10th mocking the disabled man before sucker punching him in the face.
