More than half of the members of the Lincoln University men's basketball team were arrested last weekend following an on-campus incident. Several students face multiple charges including conspiracy to commit robbery, simple assault, burglary, and other related charges. The Bucks County Coroner has ruled the death of a toddler a homicide caused by blunt force trauma to the head. The autopsy was performed Wednesday night, 12/19. The 22-month-old boy was found dead in an apartment in Falls Township on Tuesday, 12/18. Police responded around 5 p.m. to the Commons of Fallsington apartment complex on the unit block Makefield Road in Morrisville. Philadelphia Police are investigating after a man was caught on camera spray painting graffiti in the Graduate Hospital neighborhood on Monday night, 12/17. Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill posted the video of the vandal writing the word "acorn" on the outside wall off his grandmother's home. A high school student was attacked by a large group of teens on his way home from school on Monday, 12/17, in Kensington. It happened around 12:45 p.m. on the 1800 block of Lippincott Street. 15-year-old George Gonzalez was on his way home from Mastbaum High School after an early dismissal when he was jumped and assaulted by a group of around two dozen teens. A man accused of shooting his girlfriend in front of their newborn daughter last week has turned himself into police on Monday, 12/17. 32-year-old Tyrese Lynch surrendered to Philadelphia police around noon. The 8th Annual Philadelphia Hip Hop Awards were abruptly halted on Saturday night, 12/15, after an altercation broke out in the seated crowd. The disruption caused a panic and the scared attendees pushed through the folding chairs and fled from the scuffle. A Philadelphia Police officer was injured Saturday night, 12/15, after being pinned against her patrol car by a suspect driving a stolen rental van. It happened around 7:30 p.m. at Sedgely and Ridge avenues in Strawberry Mansion. The officer and her partner stopped the U-haul truck and were investigating the possibility it was stolen. A high school senior was killed Friday morning, 12/14, in a single-vehicle accident on the way to school in New Castle County, Delaware. The crash happened before 7:30 a.m. on the 1800 block of Newport Road in Marshallton. 18-year-old Sarai Trujillo was driving to John Dickinson High School. Authorities believe speed was a factor.
