Philadelphia Police are searching for three suspects wanted in a shooting in Queen Village in South Philadelphia. It happened around 12:15 a.m. on September 22. Police released surveillance video of the incident. Three cars can be seen following the victim's car along the 800 block of South 2nd Street. Philadelphia Police are investigating after a laptop and encrypted USB flash drives were stolen during a break in at an election machine warehouse in East Falls on Tuesday night, 9/29. It happened at Election Systems and Software (ES&S), a voting machine manufacturer, located on the 3500 block of Scotts Lane. Police in Montgomery County are looking to identify two women that were caught on surveillance video vandalizing a memorial to a fallen police officer along the Schuylkill River Trail in Plymouth Township. The video shows two women riding bicycles stop at the memorial. One woman walks up and grabs a 'Thin Blue Line' flag planted there and then throws it the bushes. Philadelphia Health Commissioner Dr. Thomas Farley announced on Tuesday, 9/29, that Philadelphia restaurants will be able to operate at 50% capacity starting Friday, October 2. Restaurants in the rest of the state were able to start operating at 50% last week on September 21.
