Wildwood Police have released the officer's bodycam video footage from an incident over Memorial Day weekend that led to the arrest of an underage Philadelphia woman for having alcohol on the beach. The incident gained notoriety after cell phone footage shot by a beachgoer showed the arresting officer strike the woman as he wrestled her to the ground. A judge in Philadelphia denied rapper Meek Mill's motion to remove another judge from his case. President Judge Leon Tucker said he does not have jurisdiction. "We have a judge that wears the same robe that I wear, that has not recused herself and has not disqualified herself," Tucker said. "I don't have the jurisdiction to do that. It's as simple as that." The parent's of a 3-year-old boy are under arrest after he fell out of a two story window in Upper Darby on Monday, 5/28. It happened around 5:30 p.m. on the 300 block of Hampden Road. The boy had been left home alone for hours when he climbed out of the window and fell to the ground. Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said that when they arrived a neighbor was holding the child who was suffering from head and facial injuries. Philadelphia Police have arrested two men after a badly decomposed body was discovered in Pennypack Park in Northeast Philadelphia earlier this week. Former Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane's conviction was upheld by a three-judge Superior Court panel on Friday, 5/25. Kane was convicted of leaking grand jury information to hurt a political rival and then lying about it to a separate grand jury. The panel ruled against her claims that Montgomery County judges should have not have handled the case and that she should have been allowed to introduce evidence of a pornographic email scandal. Police in Folcroft, Delaware County, are searching for two homicide suspects after one of them pointed a weapon at police on Monday afternoon, 5/21. It happened around 4:20 p.m. on the 1100 block of Taylor Drive. Folcroft officers pulled over a rented Nissan with New York plates wanted from an earlier homicide in Chester.
