Hundreds of friends, family, and students marched on Philadelphia school district headquarters late this afternoon. The protestors blocked the streets outside while several were arrested inside attempting to block the doors of the auditorium. Police have made an arrest in the February 28th shooting outside rapper French Montana's tour bus that left one dead and another injured. 20-year-old Frank Briggs faces charges of murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and firearms crimes.

Sunday night around 6:50 about 1,993 PECO customers lost power in West Philadelphia. The outage affected customers who live near West Girard and Belmont Avenue when a downed wire caused an equipment failure. Crews responded and restored power to most customers by 8pm.
