Officials from Camden County and the Haddon Township Police say that there are no signs of forced entry into the home of 3-year-old Brendan Creato, the boy who was found dead after being reported missing last week. The homeless couple whose 2-year-old son was found wandering in LOVE Park on Friday night was in court this afternoon hoping to regain custody of their children. DHS took both their son and 4-year-old daughter after the incident. The family was forced to spend the night in the park after losing their home last week. A jury has found the demolition contractor, Griffin Campbell, guilty of 6 counts of involuntary manslaughter and 12 counts of reckless endangerment in the Center City building collapse that killed six people in June 2013 at 22nd and Market. Campbell was also charged with murder but was found not guilty on those counts. A two-alarm fire broke out at Lulu Country Club in Glenside, Montgomery County Sunday morning. Fire crews were called around 6:30 a.m. to the 1600 block of Limekiln Pike near Jenkintown Road. A 2-year-old boy was found wandering alone and barefoot in LOVE Park in Center City overnight Friday night. A pedestrian saw the boy in the park and flagged down a SEPTA transit officer around 11:50 pm. He was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for evaluation. The boy was wearing a long sleeve green shirt, black running pants, and a diaper, but did not have shoes or socks. Philadelphia Police pulled a body from the Delaware River Friday evening near Penn's Landing. It was discovered by two women walking near Christopher Columbus Boulevard and the Market Street ramp just before 7 pm. The Marine Unit recovered the body and took it back to Marine headquarters on Washington Avenue. Police say the body belongs to a black female ages 20-40 years old. Philadelphia Police have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy earlier this week. Dimitrius Brown of Logan has been charged with murder, conspiracy and firearm violations in the fatal shooting of Duval DeShields of South Philadelphia. Two Bucks County men have pled guilty in the beating of a gay couple in Center City last September and avoided jail time. 24-year-old Philip Williams pled guilty to aggravated assault and conspiracy and received 5 years probation. 26-year-old Kevin Harrigan pled guilty to simple assault and conspiracy and received 3 years probation. Autopsy results for 3-year-old Brendan Link Creato were inconclusive. The Camden County Prosecutor's office said that the medical examiner was not able to determine a cause of death at this point. Brendan was reported missing Tuesday morning at 6 a.m. from his father's Haddon Township apartment. His father can be heard telling 911 dispatchers, "I just woke up and my three-year-old is missing."
