Philadephia Police currently have a person-of-interest in custody in connection with a sexual assault and robbery of a woman in Chinatown on Sunday morning. It happened at 8 a.m. inside an art gallery in the 100 block of N. 9th Street. The 45-year-old victim had just entered her studio when the suspect came in through the front and forced her into the office. On the first real cool night of autumn in Philadelphia, the Splatter Analysis Tour pulled into Johnny Brenda's on Saturday night. Pumpkins can breath easier this year, though not to delight of thousands of participants at the annual World Championship Punkin Chunkin. This year's 28th Annual event scheduled to be held in Kent County, DE, Oct. 24-26 is being postponed until next year on Nov. 6-8, 2015. A "Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple is now headed to federal prison after their sentencing hearing in Newark on Thursday. Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months behind bars. Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, her husband, will serve 41 months in prison. They will also have to pay $414,000 in restitution. The investigation continues into the accidental shooting of a Pennsylvania State trooper at a Montgomery County training facility on Tuesday. 26-year-old Trooper David Kedra was shot in the chest yesterday afternoon by a police firearms instructor during a training exercise. State Police searching for a man accused of ambushing troopers outside their barracks earlier this month have found two pipe bombs in the Pennsylvania woods on Tuesday. Lt. Col. Former Philadelphia sportscaster Don Tollefson pled guilty in court today to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars and deceiving hundreds of people in a fraud scam that ripped off charities and sports fans. An 8-year-old girl in Newark, Delaware was critically wounded after being attacked by a pit bull on Saturday afternoon. It happened around 1 pm on the unit block of Adelene Drive. The girl and her 15-year-old sister were inside their home when the family dog attacked the younger one. The older sister was able to call 911 and keep the dog away. Philadelphia Police have arrested a second suspect in connection to the 15-year-old girl shot in front of Einstein Hospital. 15 year old Quadir Gibson from the 5900 block of Horrocks Street has been charged with the murder of Aisha Abdur-Rhaman and attempted murder of a 19-year-old male who is in critical condition.
