Upper Darby Police have arrested the suspect wanted for attacking a 74-year-old legally blind man last week. 25-year-old Marvin Harper has been charged in the November 26th attack on the unit block of Glendale Road. Harper allegedly knocked the elderly man to the ground and stole $100 and a cell phone. The victim suffered a broken hip and leg and required surgery.

It happened on Thursday afternoon, November 30th at 2 p.m. on the 300 block of Heather Drive.
