About 100 residents living within a 12 block radius of the train derailment in Paulsboro will not be allowed back to their homes until at least Saturday, December 8th. They are staying at area hotels or with family and friends. The ruptured tanker containing the hazardous vinyl chloride is still sitting in the water, officials started to remove the now solidified chemicals on Sunday night. A mother and her boyfriend have been charged with the murder of a 5 year old boy in North Philadelphia. Authorities say that 23-year-old Lashay Patterson, and her boyfriend, 25-year-old Christian Patrick beat and burned the boy that led to his death early Saturday morning. Patterson called police to her home at the West Poplar Apartments on the 600 block of North 13th Street. A freight train derailment on a bridge over the Mantua Creek in Paulsboro, NJ at around 7 a.m. Friday morning has caused a chemical leak that sent dozens to area hospitals. The Conrail train had 2 locomotives and 84 cars. Seven cars derailed, 2 on land, 5 on the bridge with 4 ending up in the water. Debra Sullivan Miller, the 38-year-old Tinicum Township, Delaware County woman who went missing November 18 after a trip to the grocery store, has returned home to Essington. Police did not suspect foul play but she was not in contact with her family, was not reachable, and had left her car. Her brother explained that this was completely out of character. While she had disappeared she missed her 14 year old daughter's birthday and Thanksgiving.

Authorities confirmed that a Chester County man that skipped out on his probation has fled the country to Ireland, but they don't plan on chasing him down. 23 year old Sean O'Neill Jr. of Glen Mills has been in trouble with the law constantly since he was a juvenile. In 2006, O'Neill killed his best friend while playing with a gun during a night of drinking. He was 17 at the time and adjudicated in juvenile court. Raghunandan Yandamuri, 26, of Upper Merion, Montgomery County was ordered to be held for trial at a preliminary hearing today. On October 22, he allegedly murdered 61 year old Satayrathi Venna as she fought back Yandamuri's attempt to kidnap her 10 month old granddaughter, Saanvi Venna.
