Philadelphia Police are searching for two thieves who stole a package from the front step of a home in Northeast Philadelphia earlier this month. It happened around 2:30 p.m. on December 1st on the 1900 block of Tustin Street in the city's Rhawnhurst section. Surveillance video from the home shows a black car drive by as the FedEx driver was dropping off the package. When the delivery van pulls away the car returns and parks in front of the house. After an autopsy, the Montgomery County Coroner's Office said today that they have not yet determined a cause of death for Bradley Stone, the man responsible for a killing spree that killed 6 and injured 1. Dr. Walter Hoffman said that despite what District Attorney Risa Ferman announced on Tuesday, Stone did not die of self-inflicted stabbing or cutting wounds. A preliminary hearing was held today for the three defendants charged in the September 11th Center City gay-bashing attack near Rittenhouse Square that sent one man to the hospital with a broken jaw. The body of a man was discovered in the woods a couple of hundred yards from the Montgomery County shooting spree suspect's home in Pennsburg, PA, around 2:00 p.m. this afternoon. Former Philadelphia sportscaster Don Tollefson told a Bucks County court today that he was withdrawing his guilty plea and will represent himself at trial. 62-year-old Tollefson was supposed to learn his sentence today in Doylestown after pleading guilty to charges back in September that he stole more than $317,000 from over 200 individual victims in a charity scheme. A grandmother was killed and a father and young children were injured after a large fire broke out in their Lower Chichester Township, Delaware County, home on Saturday morning.
