Beyonce released her eponymous fifth album today as a shock and surprise to the music world. The 14-track album, titled Beyonce, is available exclusively on iTunes and only as a full album download for $15.99. This album also pushes the envelope with it's content. Today, the Bucks County District Attorney said that the officers who tasered a teenage shoplifting suspect in Tullytown will not be charged with police misconduct. The incident happened last month at the local Walmart. The teen and an accomplice were in custody and handcuffed when the boy took off on foot. An 11-year-old boy has died after an ATV he was using to pull a sled was struck by a snow plow. The boy was not named, but was a 5th grader at Logan Elementary school in Gloucester County. It happened Tuesday at around 4:30pm. They were using the ATV to pull a sled around the snowy fields. At one point they pulled onto Oak Grove Road. Philadelphia Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the death of man who was shot over his headphones. 19-year-old Arkel Garcia has been charged with murder, robbery and related offenses. Garcia is alleged to have shot 21-year-old Christian Massey on Nov. 30 in the city's Wynnefield section after demanding but being denied Massey's expensive new pair of Beats by Dre headphones. Eighteen people were busted this morning in a pair of drugs raids in Collingdale, Delaware County. The raid dubbed “Operation My Block” focused on the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue that had become overrun by two rival drug gangs. Nelson Mandela, former South African president, has passed away at the age of 95. Mandela spent 27 years in prison for treason for opposing the apartheid government of the National Party. He was released in 1990 and continued his work as head of the African National Congress, eventually leading to the end of apartheid and his election as the first black president.
