A person of interest has been identified in the case of four missing men in Bucks County. 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo was taken into custody on Monday on unrelated charges stemming from a February firearms possession offense. He was arrested at a home on the unit block of Wayland Circle in Bensalem. It was one of several locations authorities have searched since Sunday night. They have been identified as 22-year-old Mark Sturgis of Pennsburg, 21-year-old Tom Meo of Plumstead, 18-year-old Dean Finocchiaro of Middletown Twp, and 19-year-old Jimi Tar Patrick of Newtown. Middletown Township authorities say that 18-year-old Dean Finocchiaro of the Hampton Bridge section of Langhorne has been missing since Friday, July 7th at about 6:30pm. A woman died Sunday morning after crashing into the Brandywine Valley SPCA in New Castle County, Delaware. It happened around 12:15 a.m. Sunday on the 800 block of South Street in New Castle. Officials say that 33-year-old Latoya Cooper lost control of her vehicle and slammed into the side of the building. The crash resulted in a fire. A woman died Wednesday morning after going back into her burning home to rescue two pets. The fire happened around 6:30 a.m. on the 2700 block of June Avenue in Bensalem, Bucks County. 39-year-old Tabetha Oakes Rutecki, her husband, and mother-in-law all made it out of the house safely.
