Philadelphia Police believe that a pregnant woman who was shot and killed on Thursday afternoon, 7/16, was not the intended target, but that the shooter was looking to hit her boyfriend. It happened around 2:30 p.m. on the 2500 block of West Berks Street. 25-year-old Shaliyah Davis was shot in the head while sitting in an SUV. A 25-year-old pregnant woman has died after being shot in the face in Strawberry Mansion on Thursday afternoon, 7/16. It happened around 2:30 p.m. on the 2500 block of West Berks Street. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced a roll back on restrictions in the wake of a recent rise in coronavirus COVID-19 infections. The statewide mitigation efforts will affect bars, restaurants, night clubs, gyms, catered events, and other gatherings.
