A Delaware County man who found a bag with thousands of dollars of cash in it last year and turned it into police, now gets to keep the money because no one has claimed it. 61-Year-old Bob Tracey was driving home last March when he saw a black bag in the middle of State Road. Upgrades to the Pennsylvania Turnpike's Mid-County Toll Plaza have been completed ahead of schedule. The high speed E-Z Pass lanes have been shutdown since March 20th. E-Z Pass drivers have been forced to used the regular lanes which require drivers to slow down to 10 mph to pass through the automated toll. A 19-year-old suspected serial rapist has been arrested and charged in Delaware County for multiple crimes dating bating 3 years. DeJohn Lee of Chester is accused of attacking 9 women in separate incidents in Chester and Chester Township starting when he was 16. A student aide at Drexel Hill Middle School was arrested on Wednesday after police discovered a loaded gun and several rounds in his backpack. The school called police when a bullet was found in an employee restroom and turned in to school officials. Police say that a construction worker was killed on Monday afternoon in an industrial accident in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County. The Philadelphia Police Marine unit pulled a badly decomposed body from the Schuylkill River this morning. A police boat recovered the body of a man around 10 a.m. near the 2500 block of Locust Street right along the Schuylkill River Trail. The medical examiner was called to the scene to help investigators determine race and age. An autopsy will need to be performed to determine cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.

The owner of a laundromat in North Philly shot a would be robber and also an innocent bystander on Sunday afternoon. It happened just before 4 p.m. Sunday on the 2800 block of North 5th Street. The 40-year-old male suspect held up the laundromat armed with a knife, but the owner pulled out a gun and chased him out of the store. The owner opened fire and hit the suspect twice in the chest.
