Prosecutors presented their case against 22-year-old DJ Creato in front of a judge at the Camden County Hall of Justice this afternoon. Creato is charged with the murder of his 3-year-old son Brendan back on October 13th. Brendan was discovered in the woods a few blocks from his father's home a few hours after being reported missing by his father in the early morning hours. The father of 3-year-old Brendan Creato who disappeared from his Haddon Township home early in the morning last fall only to be discovered dead a short distance away has been arrested for his murder. According to the Camden County Prosecutor's office, a grand jury indicted 22-year-old David 'DJ' Creato with first-degree murder and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The suspect who ambushed and shot a Philadelphia police officer on Thursday night was arraigned in court on Saturday. 30-year-old Edward Archer of Yeadon was charged with eight charges including attempted murder, aggravated assault and assault of a law enforcement officer. 33-year-old Philadelphia Police officer Jesse Hartnett was shot 3 times in the left arm while sitting in his patrol car at 60th and Spruce Street in West Philadelphia around 11:30 p.m. Thursday night. (see video below) 30-year-old Edward Archer of Yeadon ambushed the officer, firing 11 shots from a 9mm hand gun up to point blank range.
