Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw announced on Wednesday that all 6,500 police officers have been instructed to wear a mask while on duty. Officers have been issued a cloth mask with a bag to store it. SEPTA announced that it will be reducing service across all modes of transportation and moving to a new Lifeline Service schedule beginning Thursday, 4/9. The new schedule 'focuses on providing access for essential workers traveling to hospitals, grocery stores and other life-sustaining services.' Delaware Governor John Carney announced all short-term rentals will be banned starting at 8 p.m. Tuesday, 4/7. The ban includes all vacation home rentals, hotels, motels and condo rentals. It also includes Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, and others. It will last until May 15 or until the health threat is over. Philadelphia Police are searching for three suspects wanted in the assault of a postal worker on a SEPTA platform last week. It happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, 4/1, on the platform of the Broad Street Line at City Hall.
