Philadelphia Police have identified three suspects wanted for numerous pick pocket incidents in Center City. They are Timothy Mosley, James Black, Renza Sheaff also known as Tina Hainey. The trio first hit back in May 2013 when they stole a wallet from a female's hand bag and made more than $2,000 in purchases on her card. A man from Collingdale, Delaware County, is under arrest and charged with embezzling nearly $3 million from his employer. 45-year-old James Bryan of the 800 block of Spruce Street worked for Wescott Electric, in Aston, PA, for 26 years and was also a member of the Collingdale Borough Council for 20 years. Today, a Philadelphia man admitted that he illegally enrolled his daughter in a suburban Montgomery County school district. Hamlet Garcia had been charged with felony theft of services but plead guilty to a summery offense of the school code as part of a deal. Federal prosecutors have decided not to continue to pursue the remaining racketeering and gambling charges against reputed mob boss Joseph Ligambi. Ligambi was acquitted last week of witness tampering while the jury deadlocked on three other charges in the retrial. An early morning fire on Saturday in Cape May severely damaged a historic bed and breakfast. Firefighters from the Cape May City Fire Department first responded to the Bedford Inn at 805 Stockton Ave at 5:30 a.m. The blaze was brought under control by 7 a.m. The inn was unoccupied at the time. The building was built in 1883. Officials have yet to determine a cause of the fire, but do not consider it suspicious.
