Police in Delaware County are searching for a suspect responsible for one robbery and two attempted robberies. In each instance the man wore "a very distinctive rubber mask." The latest incident happened this morning around 9:11 a.m. at the Wells Fargo Bank at 888 Baltimore Pike in Springfield. Ridley Police have confirmed two weather related deaths blamed on the recent snow storm. The two people, a 92-year-old woman and an 89-year-old man, died in separate incidents. The man died after wandering outside overnight into the bitter cold. His family discovered that he was not in his bed and found him in a neighbor's yard only wearing underwear. The Winter Storm continues to slam the region with heavy snow, increasing winds, and bitter temperatures. The entire area can see anywhere from 6-12 inches of snow. Philadelphia Public and Archdiocesan schools will be closed on Wednesday. Philadelphia has declared a Snow Emergency which means you have to move your cars if you live on a designated street. Widener University Student Shot on Campus; Gunman at Large; Students told to stay inside

A student has been shot on the campus of Widener University near the Schwartz Athletic Center in Chester, Delaware County. It happened at around 9 p.m in the vicinity of 18th Street and Melrose Avenue. The student was taken to Crozer Chester Medical Center for treatment but their condition is unknown at this time. The gunman is still at large. Widener University is asking students to stay indoors until 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Police have arrested and charged a second person in connection with the school shooting that took place Friday at Delaware Valley Charter High School. They say that video footage shows 18-year-old Donte Walker, a 2013 graduate, purchasing the gun from an unidentified male. Walker then entered the school building but did not pass through the metal detectors and the gun went unnoticed. A mother and son were both found dead, shot in the head, in their home in the Lawncrest section of Northeast Philadelphia this afternoon. Police were called to the scene at 3:30 pm Sunday on the 300 block of Stevens Street. A 29-year-old woman had found the two victims, a 49-year-old mother and her 22-year-old son. Today is Championship Sunday, the two football games will determine the teams headed to the Superbowl on February 2nd in New Jersey. The AFC Championship will feature the Denver Broncos vs. New England Patriots at 3 pm EST played at Sports Authority Field at Mile High in Denver. A second suspect in yesterday's gun shooting at Delaware Valley Charter High School is in police custody and is being charged as an adult with aggravated assault and related offenses. He has been identified by police as 17-year-old student Raisheem Rochwell. It happened yesterday shortly before 3:30 pm in the school's gymnasium. An 18-year-old female was shot in the arm. Two Students were shot Friday afternoon at a North Philadelphia high school. The incident happened at Delaware Valley Charter High School, located at 5201 Old York Rd in the Logan section at around 3:20pm. A student at the school pulled out a handgun in the gymnasium and it discharged. It is unclear if it was intentional or accidental. Police arrested a suspect dubbed the "Swiss Cheese Pervert" this morning for his alleged indecent behavior that involved dairy products. Officers from the Philadelphia Special Victims Unit took Christopher Pagano, 41, into custody at his Norristown, PA home. He is accused of offering to pay women to put slices of Swiss cheese on his penis and perform sex acts.
