A South Jersey man who made headlines a few days ago for his wreckless flaunting of the DUI laws, has yet again been arrested for driving under the influence. 45-year-old Anderson Sotomayor was arrested at about noon today during a traffic stop at Park and Crystal Avenues in Vineland. That's his 5th DWI arrest in 38 days. His last coming May 12th. His still has his license because he has yet to go to trial for the first offense on April 11th. That court date is May 30th. The Montgomery County coroner has identified the two people killed in yesterday's crash on Route 309 near Fort Washington. They were 54-year-old Esther Louis and her 21-year-old son, Richard Guerrier. The coroner also says they were NOT pushing their Lincoln Town Car after it broke down in the middle of the highway. Jay-Z and Mayor Nutter have officially announced the Budweiser "Made in America" Festival to be held on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway on September 1st and 2nd over Labor Day Weekend. They made the announcement this morning in front of an large American flag on a drizzle soaked set on the Art Museum steps.

Jay-Z and Mayor Michael Nutter will join each other on the Art Museum step Monday Morning at 10:30am for a "major announcement". The early word is that they will be announcing a multi-day concert festival happening over Labor Day Weekend. Since the announcement is happening at the Art Museum, the logical thought is the fest would be staged along the Ben Franklin Parkway.

Phillies fans who don't mind a bit of a walk have been taking advantage of the ample free parking at FDR Park for decades. However that has all come to an abrupt halt tonight as the Parks and Recreation Department started to actually enforce its 1984 curfew law. Anyone parked in Franklin Delano Roosevelt Park after 9pm tonight would have found a nice $41 parking ticket after the Phils' win over the Padres.

David Toledo, the accused Mayfair tire slasher, has posted bail and is free today. He was released from county jail after his wife posted 10 percent of the $270,000 bail he was being held on stemming from 40 counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief. His attorney downplayed the threats Toledo initially received upon arrest saying things have calmed down. His trial is set for July 12th.

Philadelphia Local Music Day is finally here. Tomorrow all around the city a handful of featured local artists will be heard playing in the establishments of local businesses for the whole day. Since we are also in the business of doing things that "give local musicians more exposure within the Philadelphia community", this sounds like a great idea and hope there's many more to come.
