The FBI's Philadelphia Violent Crimes Task Force is now involved in the search for a man who killed his pregnant girlfriend, dumped her body, and set his car on fire before fleeing. 23-year-old Justin Smith is wanted for the murder of 21-year-old Dianna Brice and their unborn child. The Cape May County Prosector's Office is now investigating allegations into sexually harassing and predatory behavior by members of the Ocean City Beach Patrol. An account was created on Instagram this week called @OCBP_predators that has been accepting and posting stories of victims. There have been 158 posts. Delaware State Police have announced the arrests of seven teenagers ages 14-16 for a series of carjackings and assaults in New Castle County this month. Three males and a female were charged with a long list of charges including robbery, conspiracy, and vehicle theft. Three females are not facing charges at this time. Charges will be filed on Wednesday, 4/14, against a former Brooklyn Center, Minnesota police officer in the shooting death of a man during a traffic stop on Sunday, 4/11. Washington County Attorney Pete Orput says that former officer 48-year-old Kim Potter will be charged with second-degree manslaughter for killing 20-year-old Daunte Wright.
