FBI agents are searching for a suspect for questioning in Saturday's New York bombing. Ahmad Khan Rahami (photo) is considered armed and dangerous and may be tied to both explosions in New York and New Jersey over the weekend. Authorities now believe the bombing are connected to a terror cell here. Humpback Whale on Sea Isle City Beach; Woman Arrested for Obstruction; Speed Cameras on Boulevard

A dead humpback whale washed up on shore in Sea Isle City, New Jersey, on Friday afternoon. It happened near 20th Street. Officials from the Marine Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine said the 33-foot, approximately 20-ton male juvenile was likely dead 4-5 days and looked emaciated. There were no apparent injuries or immediate cause of death determined. Samples were taken for a necropsy. New Jersey State Police have made a sixth arrest in last month's 'rolling shootout' on the Atlantic City Expressway. 25-year-old Wilbert Demosthene of Pleasantville, NJ, has been charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, and certain persons not to possess a firearm. A murder-suicide in a well-to-do neighborhood in Northeast Philadelphia was discovered Tuesday. A man and woman were found stabbed to death. 60-year-old Lawrence Carty stabbed 68-year-old widow and former friend Virginia McLaughlin inside her home near Woodhaven Road. Neighbors told police Carty and McLaughlin were friends, but that ended after an argument last week. Police in New Jersey are investigating after heroin was discovered in a kindergarten student's lunchbox in a school in Trenton on Monday. Police were called to the International Academy of Trenton Charter School on Monday. The kindergarten teacher said that she noticed the 5-year-old student playing with what looked like a candy wrapper.
