Philadelphia has closed all streets in Center City from Vine Street to South Street between the Delaware River and the Schuylkill River. That shutdown includes interstate highways and the Ben Franklin Bridge. SEPTA is also not running through Center City. Officials hope to keep crowds of people out and avoid a repeat of last night's destruction. Business owners and residents will be allowed in and out. A Philadelphia police officer shot and killed a knife-wielding suspect who was chasing a SEPTA employee in Frankford on Friday afternoon, 5/29.
