A woman shot her neighbor across the hall and then set her own apartment on fire before shooting herself at a veterans apartment complex in East Vincent, Chester County on Tuesday morning, 9/3. Radnor and Villanova Police Departments have determined that there was no active shooter or threat to campus at Villanova University on Monday afternoon, 9/2, after students received a text message alert. A man a young girl were injured in a double shooting in Chester on Friday afternoon, 8/30. It happened just after 3:30 p.m. on the 400 block of Highland Avenue. The 7-year-old was shot in the thigh and a man in his 50's was shot in the groin. They were both taken to the hospital in unknown condition. Meek Mill Pleads Guilty to Gun Charge, Other Charges Dropped, Decade-long Case Closed

Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill, aka Robert Rihmeek Williams, pled guilty on Tuesday, 8/27, to one misdemeanor count of possessing a firearm without a license. All other charges were dropped. This closes his over decade long case stemming from a 2007 arrest on drug and gun charges. Judge Leon Tucker accepted the plea and said, "I know this has been a long road for you and hopefully this will be the end of it."
