| An ATV rider caught on video in a violent road rage encounter with a regular motorist earlier this week has been taken into custody by Philadelphia Police. It happened at 6 p.m. Tuesday, 3/9, on Broad Street, just south of Washington Ave. A group of ATV riders and bikes apparently stopped short in traffic, which caused the driver of an SUV to strike one of the dirt bikes. | New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy said that he supports making changes to the state's new marijuana laws that would allow police to contact an underage person's parents the first time they are caught with alcohol, pot, or another drug.
