The Camden County Prosecutor's Office have charged two minors after the viral 'skull breaker' challenge left a third minor with a concussion. The Cherry Hill middle school students are charged with third-degree aggravated assault and third-degree endangering an injured victim. A strong odor in Center City caused many people to evacuate their buildings on Monday morning, 3/2. The Philadelphia Fire Department cannot confirm initial reports that the odor came from the refinery. The cause of the odor remains undetermined. City officials had said that the odor was released during the cleaning of a tank at the former Philadelphia Energy Solutions site in South Philadelphia. A man is in custody after stealing an ambulance and leading authorities on a wild chase through Northeast Philadelphia on Friday night, 2/28. It started as a call to a domestic disturbance around 9:20 p.m. at the Roosevelt Inn on the 7600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard.
