Mill, whose real name is Robert Williams, can only leave his house to do community service with organizations that serve adults, not youth. Snow overnight caused traffic problems and some delayed school openings across the region. Suburbs west of the city got a coating on some roads. East of the city and down to the shore things were more slippery as 2 to 4 inches piled up from the quick hitting overnight storm. | The SS United States may sail again. That's the word from New York today as Crystal Cruises, a luxury travel company, signed a purchase option for the ship. Crystal will pay the roughly $60,000 per month it costs to keep the historic ship docked in South Philadelphia as it conducts a nine-month feasibility study. Officials say a natural gas leak was found at a home in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia early Thursday morning, leading to an evacuation. Crews were first called to the 7200 block of North 21st Street just before 2 a.m. Officials say the gas leak was found on an exterior wall at a home, forcing that home to be evacuated. SEPTA's Regional Rail Service on the Manayunk Norristown line was suspended early Wednesday morning after the train struck a car. The collision occurred around 6:30 a.m. in the area of Cherry and Washington Streets in Conshohocken. The car was disabled on the tracks, and nobody was inside the vehicle during the crash. Officials say one person on board the train injured in the crash. 55 people were onboard the train at the time.
