At least one person is dead after a single car accident in South Coatesville Township, Chester County Friday morning. This happened just after 5 a.m. on Modena Road between Union Street and Overhill Road. Authorities say the car rolled over, forcing the closure of Modena Road in both directions.

A 16-year old girl was struck and killed by an SUV while she was walking to her school bus in Bucks County Wednesday morning. A School District of Bensalem bus was stopped on Bensalem Boulevard near Bridgewater Road with its flashing lights on. Police say the driver of a 1984 Ford Bronco ran through the signal and drove past the bus, hitting the 16-year-old girl, who was attempting to get on her school bus. Bradley Stone Body Found, Curtis Institute $10M Gift, Vienna Boys Choir at CHOP

Officials have confirmed the body of Bradley William Stone was found in the woods in New Hanover Township just after 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. His body was about a half mile away from his home in Pennsburg. Officials say Stone murdered six of his family members in a killing spree in Montgomery County Monday. Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Ferman says Stone appears to have died from “self-inflicted cutting wounds to the center part of his body.”

Police are still searching for a suspect they say is responsible for the shooting deaths of six people and the serious wounding of another at three locations in Montgomery County Monday morning. Because this search continues, Upper Perkiomen schools are closed today. The Pennridge School District is open as scheduled on a modified lock down. A man is dead after losing control of his car and crashing into a wall in Southwest Philadelphia near Lindbergh Boulevard and Grays Avenue in the city's Kingsessing neighborhood. The car was speeding eastbound along the 5100 block of Grays Avenue and drove through a red light when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a wall of a nearby business. Jimmy Rollins has been traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers. Rollins, 36, played 15 straight seasons with the Phillies winning a National League MVP award in 2007 and a World Series Championship in 2008. Rollins, the three-time all-star, is the Phillies' all-time hits leader and second in games played. The Phillies have also traded left-handed pitcher Antonio Bastardo to the Pittsburgh Pirates in exchange for minor league left-hander Joely Rodriguez.

People gathered in front of Engine 64 Tuesday night to reflect and pay their respects to Joyce Craig-Lewis, the fallen Philadelphia firefighter who lost her life in the line of duty. Neighbors organized the event, and some of her colleagues told the crowd about Lewis. Tuesday was Day 6 in the search for missing West Chester University student Shane Montgomery. Home for the holidays, bar hopping with friends, ending at Kildare's, escorted out at closing time without incident. Shane exited the bar, walked south toward home, and vanished last Wednesday night. The FBI is involved conducting interviews by pooling phone and bank records and trying to track down relevant surveillance video.
