Authorities say a second woman has been charged with allegedly hindering the investigation into the shooting death of 8-year-old Gabrielle Hill-Carter. Authorities announced that Natasha Gerald, 19, of Manor Court in Sicklerville was charged Wednesday. Officials say she provided a false alibi for a person of interest in the fatal shooting of Gabrielle as she was playing outside in Camden.
