Philadelphia Police are investigating after a man was shot and $70,000 was taken in the parking lot of a shopping center in Northeast Philadelphia. A 37-year-old male was robbed when he pulled into the parking lot. Police say he was shot once in the arm. He was taken to the hospital in stable condition. Police are searching for two male suspects wearing masks, last seen in a white van, possibly a Dodge Caravan, driving south through the parking lot towards Cottman Avenue.

This Labor Day weekend, Jay-Z and Budweiser's Made In America Music Festival will take over Fairmount Park right here in Philadelphia. The two day music festival is back for a third year. Nearly 50 performers on four stages along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Saturday and Sunday, doors open at noon each day at Eakins Oval, near the Art Museum. Ocean City, Maryland Police have charged two men in the slaying of a Pennsylvania man. Officers found 37-year-old Justin Daniel Cancelliere of North Whitehall, Pennsylvania, unconscious in the parking lot of a hotel early Sunday. Police say he was assaulted during an altercation near Talbot Street and Baltimore Avenue. Cancelliere died of his injuries Sunday at Atlantic General Hospital. The City of Philadelphia has announced plans to celebrate the Taney Dragons for becoming the third best little league team in the nation. The sweethearts of the summer will be honored with a parade kicking off at 2 p.m. on Wednesday. The party starts at 20th and Market Streets, before a parade will make its way east on Market, and then south on Broad Street down to FDR Park. Police are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday night in the Olney section of the city. This happened just before 9:30 p.m. on the 700 block of East Olney Avenue. A 30-year-old man was shot once in the stomach and taken to Einstein Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition. Police have not released any information yet on possible motives or suspects.

Chicago ended Taney's Little League World Series run with a 6-5 defeat Thursday night. The final result wasn't a foregone conclusion, despite the fatigued Dragons playing on consecutive days, without their star pitcher, Davis, on the mound against a loaded - and rested - Chicago team. Chicago, or Jackie Robinson West, will advance to the United States Championship game on Saturday against Mountain Ridge of Las Vegas, the team that owns victories over both Taney and Chicago.

Little League World Series, Las Vegas proved to be a little too tough for Taney, winning 8-1 Wednesday night. The loss drops Taney into the Little League World Series loser's bracket, where they'll be playing for their season against Chicago Thursday night at 7:30 p.m., while Nevada advances to the U.S. Championship game on Saturday. Taney Dragons' star Mo'ne Davis gave up three runs over the first two innings, giving up six hits and striking out six.

One person is dead and two people were injured following a serious accident Tuesday night at Huntingdon Pike and Spur Road in Lower Moreland. One person suffered serious injuries, and the second person suffered non-life threatening injuries. The accident remains under investigation. There is no word on the victim's identity or the cause of the crash.

Philadelphia police charge two teens in the viral video beating of a park ranger in Love Park. Sources have identified the 19-year-old suspect as Curtis Tanner. The second suspect, sources say, is a 17-year-old whose name is being withheld because he is a juvenile. Police arrested Tanner at his home in Pottstown Monday morning. Zion Spearman scored on shortstop Matt Adams' two-out throwing error to first base in the sixth inning to give Philadelphia's Taney Dragons a 7-6 victory over Pearland, Texas on Sunday night in the Little League World Series.
