A Lancaster, Pennsylvania man has agreed to plead guilty to hacking into the email and online accounts of several female celebrities and stealing private information, including nude photos and videos, federal prosecutors announced Tuesday. A baby, reported to be in the backseat of a stolen car earlier this morning in West Philadelphia, has been found safe, but police are still looking for the suspect. Police say they found the four-month-old baby on the steps of a private residence at Penn and Greene Streets in Germantown. The baby was not injured but taken to St. Christopher's Hospital to get checked out. This all started a little before eight this morning. A Philadelphia judge has blocked the school district’s plan to sell several shut down schools as a package, and the decision could cost the district millions of dollars. Judge Nina Wright-Padilla refused to okay a five-school package deal the district had with a Maryland developer after Point Breeze residents objected to including Walter Smith Elementary in the mix. Crews are responding to the scene of a tractor-trailer accident on I-295 in Mercer County, New Jersey. Several lanes are currently blocked at mile marker 66.8 in Lawrence Township and vehicles are squeezing by on the shoulder. Officials say the tractor-trailer crashed into the guardrail and is leaking oil. No word on injuries at this time. Motorists should expect major delays in the area. The crash is under investigation.

The competition raises money for the Independence Mission Schools (IMS), providing the majority of scholarship money for 4,700 Philadelphia kids. Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run that sent one man to the hospital Sunday night. It happened just before 8 p.m. near 65th and Grays Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia. Police say a driver smashed into another car and then ran away.
The driver of the other vehicle was rushed to the hospital in stable condition. Anyone with information should contact police as the investigation continues.

A gruesome discovery was made in Germantown, where SPCA officials say they broke up a dog fighting operation. PSPCA director of enforcement George Bengal said what was found in the 400 block of Rittenhouse Street were six deceased puppies in the trash can in the rear yard along with one living male Pitbull, and they found an additional dead adult dog inside the home, which was being used strictly as a stash house for a dog fighting crew.
