Bill Cosby's sexual assault case was postponed yesterday just days before an important hearing in his case. The Pennsylvania Superior Court gave Cosby the Ok yesterday to postpone the trial. The Court will still decide whether or not to hear Cosby's pretrial appeal to have his case thrown out about the drugging and molesting of a Temple University employee in his Philly home in 2004. His preliminary hearing is set for next week.

A traffic stop led to a high speed chase along the Schuylkill Expressway and the arrest of 7 people early this afternoon. Tredyffrin Township police stopped a black SUV along 202 in Chester County around 2 p.m. Three people were taken into custody at that time. The driver with three others inside the SUV took off, ramming a police cruiser in the process. State Police joined the pursuit onto I-76. History lovers are fighting to save a Bellmawr landmark that endured the American Revolution. However it may not survive the reconstruction of I-295 and Route 42. The competition raises money for the Independence Mission Schools (IMS), providing the majority of scholarship money for 4,700 Philadelphia kids. The Philadelphia Department of Public Health announced Monday the first confirmed case of the Zika virus in a Philadelphia resident. The infection occurred in a 60-year-old woman who recently travelled the the Caribbean. She was not hospitalized and is recovering without complications. Zika is usually transmitted through mosquito bites. Not everyone gets sick, but those that do, suffer from fever, rash and joint pain and recover in about a week. Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run that sent one man to the hospital Sunday night. It happened just before 8 p.m. near 65th and Grays Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia. Police say a driver smashed into another car and then ran away.
The driver of the other vehicle was rushed to the hospital in stable condition. Anyone with information should contact police as the investigation continues.
