A Philadelphia judge has blocked the school district’s plan to sell several shut down schools as a package, and the decision could cost the district millions of dollars. Judge Nina Wright-Padilla refused to okay a five-school package deal the district had with a Maryland developer after Point Breeze residents objected to including Walter Smith Elementary in the mix. Two police officers have been hospitalized after a suspected DUI crash in Philly Sunday Morning. It happened Sunday Morning at 4:30 A.M. On the 100 block of South 52nd Street. The police say the driver rear ended their parked car. The Two officers were sent Penn Presbyterian Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver now faces DUI charges.

Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan announced the arrest of three juveniles in connection with a shocking hazing incident at Conestoga High School last fall. Three 17-year-old members of the varsity football team have been charged with conspiracy to commit assault, possession of an instrument of crime, unlawful restraint, and terroristic. In advance of the full autopsy, the medical examiner says that Bobbi Kristina Brown's face being immersed in water, along with drug intoxication, led to her death last year. The 22-year-old daughter of singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta townhome Jan. 31, 2015, and died in hospice care July 26. Philadelphia Police have arrested two people in connection with the murder of a transgender woman last month in Frankford. On February 20th just before midnight, 25-year-old Maya Young was found with multiple stab wounds on the 4800 block of Penn Street. She was taken to Aria Health Frankford where she was pronounced dead. Police have arrested 24-year-old Tiffany Floyd and 19-year-old Jose Pena. They have both been charged with Murder and Conspiracy.

Crews are responding to the scene of a tractor-trailer accident on I-295 in Mercer County, New Jersey. Several lanes are currently blocked at mile marker 66.8 in Lawrence Township and vehicles are squeezing by on the shoulder. Officials say the tractor-trailer crashed into the guardrail and is leaking oil. No word on injuries at this time. Motorists should expect major delays in the area. The crash is under investigation.

The seven arrested yesterday following a high speed chase along Rt. 202 and I-76 have been identified as members of the Felony Lane Gang. The 3 women and 4 men are from Baltimore, MD, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. They were arraigned this morning and are being held on $300,000 cash bail. The 'gang' is notorious for stealing purses and wallets in unattended or unlocked vehicles in parking lots across the country.
