Philadelphia officials announced on Tuesday, 7/28, that the reopening of indoor dining will be pushed back to at least September 1. Health officials say that daily new positive cases are on the rise. Mayor Kenney tweeted, "The second wave has reached our region. The situation may get worse before it gets better." The plan, released on Thursday, July 23, pertains to its secondary education network of 17 high schools and not the parochial elementary schools. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man in connection to the death of a woman found in a suitcase in Kensington earlier this month. Aaron Mosher of Brown Mills, NJ, is charged with criminal conspiracy, tampering with evidence, abuse of corpse, and obstruction of justice. He was arrested on Monday, 7/20.
