The Philadelphia Parking Authority has now announced that the meterUp pay-for-parking mobile app is now returning to Philadelphia. The PPA announced on Wednesday that they have approved a new vendor for the app, ParkMobile LLC. The PPA says that ParkMobile has multiple years of experience with parking apps, having been vendors to cities including New York, Denver, Dallas, DC and Miami. Officials have now announced that the annual Army-Navy Football game will be held in Philadelphia four times from 2018-2022. The schools held a news conference on Tuesday at City Hall to announce that the games will be held in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022. The annual game will be held each time at Lincoln Financial Field in South Philadelphia. Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man shot and killed a women and then turned the gun on himself outside of a funeral home in Delaware County on Monday. The incident took place outside of a funeral home on South Providence and Chester Roads at around 1:15 pm. Police say that the man and woman pulled up in front of the funeral home, that's when the woman got out of the car and started running. One person has now died after two motorcycles crashed in Chester Delaware County on Sunday. The incident took place at around 7:30 pm on Sunday at 10th and Lamokin Streets. Officials say that both of the bikes crashed into another, the one victim was pronounced dead and the other suffered injuries from the crash. Police are still continuing an investigation into the crash.

Camden County officials are now investigating after a fatal motorcycle crash happened in Atco, NJ. The accident took place on the 300 block of White Horse Pike at around 2:30 pm on Thursday. Police say that the victim, 20-year-old Kevin Scott, was traveling westbound on his bike when a car pulled out of a shopping center on the road. Philadelphia Police have now stated that an 87-year-old who was reported missing has now been found. 87-year-old Louis Viozzi went missing at around 9:30 am on Tuesday, and was last seen on the 4000 block of Roosevelt Boulevard. Viozzi was then found on Wednesday at around 4:30 pm in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia. He is now said to be safe and sound at his home.

The man who is accused of urinating on a Northeast Philadelphia Synagogue has now turned himself in. He has been identified as 23-year-old Sheidali Dzhalilov of the 2100 block of Hoffnagle Street. Dzhalilov is charged with ethnic intimidation, indecent exposure, institutional vandalism, desecration objects, open lewdness, harassment, and disorderly conduct. Temple University Hospital officials are now seeking the public's help in identifying a patient. Officials say that the man was brought to the hospital unconscious and without any ID on Wednesday August 9th. The workers at the hospital are doing their best to try and reach out to any friends and family of the patient, but he still remains unconscious. Philadelphia Firefighters spent part of Saturday night rescuing a man who fell into a sinkhole. The incident happened at around 11 pm on the 1300 block of West Norris Street in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia. The victim, 58-year-old Eugene Clarke, fell into the sinkhole after he was moving cones nearby the hole after a car knocked them down. Philadelphia Police have arrested a man who went for a swim without any clothes in the Schuylkill River on Wednesday. Police were called to the scene at the river near Martin Luther King Drive and Black Road in Fairmount Park at around 8 pm. Police officers in boats tried to reach the swimmer, but he refused to get our of the water. It took two boats of officers and a helicopter around an hour to get the swimmer out of the water. The man is now in police custody.
