The Temple Owls will take on Wake Forest Tuesday in the Military Bowl in Annapolis at 3:30. Temple hasn't played a game since December 3rd when they beat Navy 34-10 to win the American Athletic Conference Championship. Police are now investigating a deadly double stabbing that took place in Allentown Pa. The stabbing happened on the intersection of 6th Street and Sumner Court at 2:20 am on Monday. Police arrived on the scene to find 27-year-old Lord Alfred Guerro stabbed to death. The other victim, Richard Causland who was also stabbed, was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital. Police are now searching for a man who robbed a local business on Christmas Morning. The incident took place at a Texas Chicken and Burgers located in Kensington at around 12:32 a.m. on Sunday when an armed man walked into the restaurant. Police say that man demanded the 19-year-old cashier to open up the cash register. The woman opened up the cash register and the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Philadelphia Police are now investigating a deadly car crash that took place early Sunday morning. The incident happened on Broad Street and Washington Avenue in South Philadelphia at around 1:30 am. Police say that a driver in a Honda Accord was traveling westbound on Washington Avenue when he hit the front driver's side of an oncoming Kia. Police are now searching for two men who broke into a house in Kensington and shot the woman inside. The incident happened on the 500 block of East Allegheny Avenue at around 11:30 am on Thursday. Police say that two men knocked on the door and when the woman opened, the men forced themselves in. During a struggle with the men, the woman was shot in the arm. The Eagles were able to get a win in Thursday night's game against the Giants. The Eagles beat the Giants 24-19, preventing them from clinching a playoff spot. Last night's game broke the Eagles 5 game losing streak and brought their record to 6-9. The Giants loss also gave Dallas the NFC East Title and a home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. Four people were injured in a car crash that took place on Roosevelt Boulevard on Thursday night near the Oxford section of Philadelphia. The crash took place Thursday night at around 10:30 pm on the northbound inner lanes of the Boulevard. All four of the victims in the crash were taken to Einstein Medical Center, there is no word on their conditions. Princeton University has now decided to cancel the rest of the men's swimming and diving teams' season after school officials found "racist and misogynistic" comments on the teams' email listing. The team was previously suspended last week for the comments made on their messaging list. The Flyers managed to get a win Wednesday night against the Capitals after losing 2 games coming off their 10-game win streak. This was the first time the teams have played since the Flyers got knocked out of the playoffs last season by the Capitals. The Flyers were able to get a 3-2 victory over the Capitals, with Michael Raffl and Claude Giroux scoring goals during the game, and Jakub Voracek and Wayne Simmonds scoring in a tie-breaking shootout.
