Man throws Coffee on Employee at Fresh Donuts, Bucks County Pipe Bomb Suspect Arrested

Police in Philadelphia are searching for a man who allegedly threw hot coffee on a Fresh Donuts employee on Tuesday. They say the man and an employee got into an argument about payment at the Fresh Donuts on Lancaster Ave in Powelton Village at 11am. During the argument, the man grabbed a cup of hot coffee from the employee’s hand and threw it on her. He's a black male, 40 years of age, 6'2", 200 lbs, with a mustache. Surveillance video below.

Three pipe bombs have been found in a Bucks County home and police have issued an arrest warrant for 50 year old John Grzyminski. His mom returned home from vacation and found a pipe bomb on the kitchen counter. She called police who found 2 more and removed several guns from the home.

The duck boat civil trial is officially over, and lawyers for the victims announced that they have reached a settlement that is far above the $1.8 million cap set by a 160-year-old maritime law. The families will receive $15 million of the settlement, and the remaining two million will be split among the survivors.

The Jury in the 2010 Northern Liberties murder case of Sabina Rose O'Donnell took little time deliberating this morning. After only a few hours they came back with a guilty verdict on the charge of first-degree murder and four other felonies for 20 year old Donte Johnson. Judge Bronson sentenced him to the maximum life sentence plus 40-80 years.

Police are searching for gunmen who shot a man outside his Upper Darby home early this morning. The man returned home just after midnight and was shot seven times while his girlfriend and four year old slept inside. The victim is in critical condition.

Voters in Ocean City New Jersey have decided to keep the town dry, rejecting a proposal that would have let restaurant patrons bring their own wine or beer to enjoy with dinner. The issue is one that has challenged Ocean City for decades. It lost Tuesday by a 2-to-1 ratio. The young bald eagle discovered shot, hit by a car, and suffering lead poisoning in a Broomall parking lot three weeks ago is now free. Wildlife officials released it on Monday in Ridley Creek State Park. The eagle which spent it's days recovering at the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education, took off and flew strong on it's first flight. Only it knows where it'll go next.

Testimony continued in the Philadelphia Duck Boat case. Video was shown in court of the moments before the crash. One of the Hungarian students killed, 16 year old Dora Schwendtner is seen tossing a life jacket to the Duck Boat crew mate who jumps into the water just before the collision.
