A house fire in Chester killed two children this morning. A 7 and 10 year old perished and 2 adults and a 2 year old were transported to Crozer-Chester Medical Center. The child was reportedly in critical condition. The fire broke out about 6:30 this morning on the 900 block of East 15th Street and neighbors reported hearing the sounds of smoke detectors.

A woman in Bethlehem is facing assault charges for punching a garbage collector. 49 year old Sarah Hart of Lower Saucon Township apparently did not have her trash outside in time for pick up. According to court records, she brought the trash collector back to her driveway and told him to pick it up with his teeth, telling him "you drive a garbage truck and I drive a Range Rover." When he turned to walk away Hart punched him in the face, breaking one of his teeth.

The National Transportation Safety Board released its findings on the school bus accident that killed an 11 year old triplet and injured 14 others in February 2012 in Chesterfield Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. The board concluded the bus driver was fatigued and on sedatives, the dump truck that hit the bus was overloaded, and many of the students, including the triplet killed Isabelle Tezsla, were not wearing seat belts.
